Ans. Each buyer has to pay a registration fee. This is a onetime registration fee for all, other fee is a Buyer usage Fee which will be a Monthly Membership which is waived until further notice, so there is no Monthly usage Fee for the buyers at this time.
Q2. Is my registration fee refundable?
Ans. No, Registration fee is non-refundable.
Q3. How do I get benefitted by FSBO?
Ans. Whenever a person sells a property or business, he adds on a commission on the actual price of the property, which typically could be six to ten percent. So, even though customarily a seller pays the commission to the broker he hires, but eventually that is added on to the net price seller wants, so eventually buyer pays the seller the cost of selling and buyer always ends up paying the cost of seller. Q4. I am a seller; I want to list my property on your website, what is the next step?
Ans. Fill up a full description form including the identification of the property, provided on the web site and you pay 1/12th of one percent fee to keep your property on the website, this listing fee is for minimum one year for the listed price. The fee is to be paid by bank / card and make withdrawal arrangement at the first day of the month. (Waived for a limited period, as promotional offer)
Q5. What happens after one year?
Ans. You can keep on listed up till 3 years by paying a monthly membership fee for 3 years uninterrupted. If after three years the property is still not sold, there is no monthly fee and your property or business will be available for prospective buyers at no extra cost until sold, which means your total cost is no more than 3 percent, ever.
Q6. Can I cancel my listing on your website?
Ans. Yes, you can cancel anytime with the understanding that the membership is on a monthly basis, if you cancel in the middle of the month, no fee is refundable, but to take the advantage of maximum 3 years benefit, your membership has to be continuous for 3 years.
Q7. Can I re-list the property and business?
Ans. Yes, you can restart anytime. Fees are not apportioned.
As long you have a valid registration, you pay the monthly Membership Fee.
Q8. How can I pay?
Ans. All payments must be on an automatic withdrawal arrangement on the first of each month from your account (Bank / card) and automatic receipt will be emailed.
Q9. Can I use my own professional to make a deal?
Ans. Yes you can, provided you pay the fee to your contact person and hold the seller and web administrator harmless and pay a fee one percent of the purchase price to the web administrator to represent the seller and agree for proper documentation before the beginning of the initial conversation.
Q10. I am a seller. I do not want to get involved in negotiations with the buyers, can you be helpful?
Ans. Yes, we charge a fee of one percent of the purchase price besides the listing fee and we will disclose to that prospective purchases that in this situation we are a paid representative of the seller, off course no fee is paid by the buyer and with all aspects of the deal, except procurement of mortgage.
Q11. Me as buyer making an offer on the property/ business and seller does not agree to my offer.
Ans. Buyers are not allowed to pressurise in any shape or form to convince that their offer is the best, if seller thinks if it is so, he has the final say no haggling allowed. A seller may choose not to deal with a buyer and notify the web administrator, who will inform the buyer not to contact that seller.
